Rita Miskiewicz – Owner
Rita has been a stylist for 37 years. From 1978 to 1986, she was the manager at Hess’s Trimmer Shop in the Coventry Mall. She studied under Pearl Octavo, who was one of the top stylists in the l980’s. On June 6, 1986, she opened Shear to Please Salon. Her list of specialties includes precision cutting, color, perms & special occasions. Rita is certified with the “Look Good, Feel Better” program for women who are undergoing radiation and chemotherapy treatments. She also specializes in wig consultations and fittings for these women, giving them one-on-one, informative, personal attention. Rita strives for perfection and is determined to make every one of her clients feel satisfied and special!Rita and her entire staff are constantly attending continuing educational classes that include all aspects of the hair industry in order to provide their clients with the most up-to-date styles and services.Margi Ruth – Salon Manager
Margi has been in the hair industry for 31 years. She began her career working with Rita at Hess’s Trimmer Shop in the Coventry Mall. She also studied under Pearl Octavo. She is a licensed cosmetology teacher and has also completed advanced Matrix perm and colorist certification programs. Margi specializes in precision cutting, color, perms, and waxing. Margi has been working with Rita at Shear to Please since their opening day 23 years ago! Debi Freeman
Debi has been a stylist for 27 years. She is also an esthetician, specializing in Bioelements Skin Care. She is a Matrix certified colorist and an Aloxxi Educator. She is certified with Matrix assets and Matrix texture advance programs. Debi is also certified with the “Look Good, Feel Better” program. She specializes in precision cutting, waxing, color, facials, special occasions and make-up.Debi’s genuine desire is to fulfill each one of her client’s personal needs so that they leave the salon feeling pleased and happy! April has been in the hair industry for 21 years. She began her career at Shear to Please in 1990. She specializes in Nail care, which includes pedicures and nail art. Courtney Gappa
Courtney has been a salon assistant for 5 years. She has been working here at Shear to Please since January 2010. Courtney has been a positive addition to the existing staff at the salon. Courtney has a perky and fun-loving personality. Her schedule is very busy. She attends Montgomery County Community College, majoring in Elementary Education. Tricia Robinson
Tricia has been a stylist and manicurist, specializing in hair color and haircuts for 17 years. She opened her own very successful Salon in Bucks County, Pennsylvania after finishing her education. In 2008, Tricia started her family and sold her business so she could be at home with her children, Haley and Brooke. More recently, Tricia moved back to Pottstown, PA where the majority of her family resides.She enjoys servicing her regular clients as well as building a new clientele here at Shear to Please Salon. Along with her years of experience, Tricia has a wonderful personality and is sure to please all of her customers with any hair care or nail service needs.
